Branch Manager

Branch Manager will be directly responsible for establishing and successfully functioning of the branch assigned to him.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma or any equivalent qualification
• Minimum experience of 3 years in Banks/MFI/NBFC lending.

Responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Sales Head.
• To increase the outreach of the branch for the attainment of financial viability in a cost effective way.
• To supervise the field staff working under him.
• The BM must keep vigil and take immediate action over any irregularities by staff and inform the same to the senior hierarchy.
• Assign the targets to field staff and ensure the same are achieved.
• Achieve monthly branch targets
• To get the daily records updated and necessary periodical reporting made to the sales head.
• Ensuring that the expenditure of the branch is well within the allocated budget.
• To ensure that the branch premises is maintained in good condition.
• To update/keep a track over the various agreements with landlord etc. and ensure that proper timely action is taken to avoid any inconvenience for proper functioning of the branch.
• Preparation and submission of Periodical monitoring and financial reports/statements for the branch to appropriate authorities.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in Banks/MFI/NBFC lending.

Credit Manager

Education and Experience:

• A graduate with 4-5 years total experience in credit function with 2-3 years or more relevant experience in credit approval in consumer finance (LAP/Personal loan/Mortgage/Auto/2W/Consumer Durable) in NBFC/Banks.
• Experience in underwriting business loan/LAP (Above Rs.5 lacs) would be preferable.

Responsibilities :

• Enforcement and adherence of the company credit process and policy in the branches for Secured Loans, approval of Secured Loans, review of portfolio with respect to delinquency/losses/fraud of the portfolio with branch manager.
• Hand holding of branches in initial stages for better understanding of processes including customer assessment, cash flow, etc. and interacting with Branch Managers and Cluster Business Manager from risk and loss control perspective.

Manager – Sales

Education and Experience:

• Graduate and above.
• Minimum experience of 2 year in in banks/MFI/NBFC lending.

Responsibilities :

• Shall be responsible in developing relationship & business generation.
• Achieving the financial targets of the self.
• Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and login the business.
• Creation of relationships with client and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
• Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.
