Nirdosh is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Moneyplus with 2 decades of diverse experience in the financial markets of which he has served at Indiabulls for 12 years.

At Indiabulls he was a member of the core team & played a crucial role in building of Indiabulls. As North India Head he managed a team of 1500 employees spread across 125 branches.

He has rich experience of Capital Markets, Corporate Market, Small Loans, Home Loans & a demonstrated experience of 6 years in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management including sales, human resource, finance, planning and evaluation, governance & legal compliance required for sustainable development of Moneyplus.

Nirdosh is passionate about MSME lending sector and the role it can play in powering India’s economic growth and development.

Nirdosh is a Post Graduate in Management and Finance.

Mr. Bajalia is one of the most famous, reputed and respected names in the Indian Banking and Financial Industry. Mr. Bajalia is a former Deputy Managing Director of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). Prior to taking up this assignment, Mr. Bajalia was the Executive Director of IDBI Ltd.

He started his career in a commercial bank in 1974 and moved to IDBI in 1983. Mr. Bajalia has, during his 38 years in banking, handled varied portfolios including corporate and retail finance, recovery and NPA management, restructuring and human resource management.

Mr. Bajalia is a BA, ICWA and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Kanchan is Director- HR & Customer Service and has a demonstrated experience of 6 years at Moneyplus in H R Management; hiring, T&D, fostering teamwork, retaining employees & in driving positive change and influencing enhanced performance in customer support department to deliver measurable and significant value to the business.

She is passionate about interacting with people & with her immense knowledge and zeal for Customer Service; Kanchan makes sure all clients are treated as family and not just as customers.

Kanchan is a Post Graduate in English Literature.
