We follow a simple and easy to understand RALI methodology for loan disbursal
We conduct Reputation Survey of the client in his area. It is always positive for anyone to maintain a good reputation in the society which acts as a felicitating factor for sanctioning of loans. The reputation survey tells a lot about the social standing of a person which acts as a support system for repayment of loans.
Client should have clean assets in his name for securing the loan. The assets canbe in the form of residential property, Commercial Property, trade receivables, LIC or any other investments. The loan value cannot be more than 50% of the assets value.
Before disbursing the loan, any lender would ensure the repayment capacity and the solvency levels of the client. Client's liabilities including the current loan request, should not be more than 50 percent of his assets so that the client does not overstretch while taking loan and hence debt servicing does not become a headache for the client.
Client should have a steady income and cash flows for repayment of loan.Also, the margins in his business should be healthy to service debt and make money for himself too. Client’s fixed obligation to income ratio should not be more than 50% after disbursal of current loan.
